is a Vancouver-based visual artist. For over 30 years, Chiba has exhibited extensively locally and internationally and has participated in numerous artist residencies around the world. His works can be found in various public and private collections in North America, Asia and Europe.

From an early age, Chiba’s desire was to be surrounded by different air, food and people. Since his first visit to India in 1975, he has travelled and participated in artist in residence around the world and established his unique approach to art and cultures.
